I was born in Málaga, Spain, on March 31st, at six and a half months' gestation because my mother had complications during her pregnancy.As a result of my premature birth, I have several disabilities.

Retinal Detachment

When I was born, the doctors had to surgery to prevent me from losing my sight.That surgery left scars on my eyes, which makes it impossible to undergo future surgeries to treat my cortical cataracts.I have only 33% vision overall, with very severe myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism, so I need to wear glasses with a very high prescription.My vision is very blurry in my right eye even with glasses; I can only see with my left eye, but my vision is blurry without glasses.I don’t recommend taking off my glasses to try them on yourself, since the very high prescription causes severe dizziness.

Reduced Mobility

I can't walk and I need to use a wheelchair. I suffer from muscle shortening, muscle spasticity (muscle spasms), muscle pain, and muscle tension, so I can't consume energy drinks that contain caffeine, creatine, a lot of sugar, etc.I can move my arms, but my legs only a little, and I can’t fully extend them (neither my arms nor my legs) because I have muscle atrophy. The same is true for my wrists; it’s getting harder and harder for me to turn them.I depend on my family to help me bathe, use the bathroom, get out of bed, stand up, go to bed, get dressed, etc. I can eat on my own, but I have trouble holding the spoon properly.Due to my limited mobility, I suffer from obesity, but I have had anemia on several occasions.In April 2019, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. Over time, the condition has worsened, and when it hurts, I need to take pills to relieve the pain.I have to go for medical checkups every four-six months to relieve pain and muscle tension. I can only go to physiotherapy once a week, with sessions lasting between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
